WHAT YOU WILL DO ON THIS TOUR
Imagine this: you arrive in Sicily, and your first encounter with the Trapani sea is at Favignana in the enchanting Cala Rossa, half a mile of crystal-clear, drinkable water, blue in the infinite blue of the sky, ranked among the top ten beaches in Europe by TripAdvisor.

You can watch hundreds of videos and photos showcasing this piece of paradise, but I guarantee you'll still be amazed. But the Egadi Islands are more than that. The sea enclosed by the archipelago is a place of history and traditions.

The islands have traces of human presence dating back to the Paleolithic era, and the waters were the site of the battle between the Romans and Carthaginians that changed the ancient world.
Then there's the saga of the tuna and the tuna fishermen, a world built around an extreme relationship with the sea, a source of sustenance and life but also the stage for the bloody tuna harvest. A world that reveals its traces in ancient buildings, but also in the daily life which I will have the pleasure of showing you.

In the early afternoon, we will transfer by catamaran to the small and delightful island of Levanzo where we will dock at the harbor of the small fishing village for a walk and a taste of almond, mulberry, or lemon granita.

The navigation will continue with two more swimming stops at Cala Fredda and Cala Minnola.
After a warm and intense day at sea, we will return to the port of Trapani at around 6:00 PM.

DETAILED DAILY PROGRAM
The catamaran accommodates a maximum of 12 passengers

- 1st STEP 9:00 AM
Meeting at Marina Arturo Stabile Via G. Palmeri, 2/10 - 91100 TRAPANI, where we will do the registration and briefing/program for the day on the catamaran.

- 2nd STEP 9:30 AM (Cala Rossa)
Departure from the port of Trapani and direct transfer to Cala Rossa (about 30 minutes of navigation) where we will have the first swim/snorkeling stop of the day in crystal clear blue waters surrounded by thousands of fish (white seabreams).

- 3rd STEP (Cala Bue Marino)
After the first stop and getting comfortable in the water, we will pass by the Bue Marino area. With a slow and gentle navigation, you can admire the coast and photograph the island's oldest and most historic tufa quarries. In this area, the stop will likely not be made due to constant strong marine currents.

- 4th STEP (Punta Marsala Lighthouse and Cala Azzurra)
The slow navigation will continue with a pass by Punta Marsala where you can also photograph the namesake lighthouse until we reach Cala Azzurra for the second swim/snorkeling stop.

- 5th STEP (Cala Preveto)
Resuming navigation, we will quickly move by catamaran to the Preveto area for another swim/snorkeling stop. Cala Preveto is one of the most beautiful and exciting coves of the Egadi archipelago due to its unique color contrasts. A mix of sandy patches, seagrass beds, and rocks. During the swim, I will take you to visit a sea cave partly by swimming and partly on foot. It’s a small glimpse but worth it because of its intense beauty.

- 6th STEP (Lunch)
The lunch break will be organized on the catamaran, in the shade, with a unique scenery around us...the sea, in a cove reserved for us, away from the crowd, cars, and smog. The menu will consist of typical Trapani snacks. You will have the chance to taste delicious PANE CUNZATO followed by fresh and delicious seasonal fruit (NO catering but INDIVIDUAL personal portions already prepared). Nothing is cooked on site, everything is pre-prepared in compliance with HACCP regulations and contact safety.
(*) All foods and beverages tasted are OFFERED by Alessandro at no extra cost. Therefore, it has nothing to do with the rental service offered. Moreover, the guest is NOT prohibited from bringing their own food or drinks.

- 7th STEP (Transfer to Levanzo and disembarkation)
Once we finish the gourmet sins, we will set sail again. We will complete the tour of the island passing by Cala Rotonda, Cala Grande, the beautiful Punta Sottile Lighthouse with Marettimo island in the background until we reach the island of Levanzo where we will dock for disembarkation. We will visit the small village on foot, meet some local fishermen, and relax at a bar where we will enjoy a delicious lemon, black mulberry, or almond granita (personal refreshment). After about an hour's stop, having finished digestion, we will return to the catamaran to resume navigation.

- 8th STEP (Cala Fredda)
Just outside the port of Levanzo, in a few minutes, we will reach Cala Fredda where we will anchor for a relaxing afternoon swim.

- 9th STEP (Cala Minnola)
After about half an hour, we will resume navigation heading to Cala Minnola, fascinating for the colors of its seabeds and the colorful and fragrant pine forest. There we will dive and from the sea watch the sun as it sets behind the island for a few minutes.

- 10th STEP (Return)
The day at sea will end with a relaxing navigation where the warmth of the sun will accompany us back to the port of Trapani around 6:00 PM.

WHY CHOOSE THIS TOUR
- INNOVATION:I I will have the pleasure of welcoming you on the new fast catamaran designed especially for you. New design and construction (2022). A mix between the comfort of a CATAMARAN and the speed of a RIB/MOTORBOAT.
- SAFETY: You will forget the bumps or rolling of monohulls. It will feel like being on solid ground.
- PEACEFUL STOPS CLOSE TO THE COAST: The catamaran, being a 10-meter vessel, can anchor for swimming near beaches where the water is crystal clear blue, respecting the maximum safety limit allowed by navigation regulations, unlike large boats that due to their size and low maneuverability must necessarily anchor outside the coves. In some areas, for example during the lunch break, anchoring is done a few meters from the rocks because these are points hardly reachable from the mainland and therefore without bathers.
- UNIQUE SPOTS: Arriving from the sea also means accessing coves that are hard to reach from the land, finding true unspoiled marine paradises.
- MAX 12 PAX: The maximum number of people hosted on board is 12 plus the skipper. The perfect number because sharing travel experiences with few people and getting to know theirs enriches your own life experience.

EXCLUSIVE OR BOAT SHARING:
You can freely decide whether to rent the catamaran just for you or share the outing with other guests, letting Alessandro advise you on where to go based on the weather conditions of the day.

ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR:
My guests are always at the center of everything and active participants in the day on the catamaran. For this reason, if the weather conditions change, I will propose alternatives based on my experience, but you will decide the program to follow.
COMPLETE TOUR OF THE ISLAND AND STOPS: Departing from Trapani, this is the ONLY tour that makes a complete circumnavigation of the island of Favignana or Levanzo. REAL SWIM STOPS are made in coves close to the shore where the sea.
